2. I received a promotional discount for joining Blooms Rewards. When will my discount be applied?
Your discount will be applied as an instant savings on your Blooms Today order. Look for the savings in your shopping cart and on your order summary.

3. What type of discount do I receive on consecutive orders for joining Blooms Rewards?
Members are entitled to a $25 savings off all orders placed with Blooms Today. Save $25 on ALL orders, no restrictions, no limits! The membership must be active at the time the order is placed.

4. I forgot my username. What should I do?
If you lost or can't remember your username, please contact customer service at 1-800-371-6048 for assistance.

5. How long are printable coupons valid?
Printable coupons are valid for 14 days from the date printed, unless otherwise stated. Offers can be saved to your account and printed at a later date. Additional information on Printable Coupon Rules of Use (#19 Below).

6. I attempted to print a coupon but it did not print. What can I do?

  • Make sure that you do not have a pop-up killer enabled. Our print technology utilizes a pop-up window, and a pop-up killer will restrict your ability to print correctly.
  • Make sure your printer is on, and plugged into your computer and an electrical outlet.
  • Make sure your printer is online. (To ensure it's online, try to print from one of your applications such as Microsoft Word.)
  • Make sure there's paper in your printer, and check to ensure it isn't jammed.
  • Check you printer's cartridge, ribbon or toner.
  • Our print technology uses the Flash Player. If you do not have Flash installed on your computer, you will be prompted to download it during the coupon printing process. If you know you do not have the Flash Player, and you weren't prompted to download it, click here to download it now. (Downloading the Flash Player is absolutely FREE.)
  • WebTV users cannot currently print coupons on bloomsrewards.com. We apologize for any inconvenience and we appreciate your patience. You can always use a friend or family member's computer - or even one at your local library to print your coupons. All you have to do is go to www.bloomsrewards.com, sign in, and proceed as you normally would at home.
  • If you are still unable to print coupons please contact one of our customer care representatives for assistance at 1-800-371-6048. Please provide the name and location of the merchant you are trying to print a coupon for.

7. How often can I print and use coupons?
As a member you're entitled to 10 premium discounts per calendar month. Merchant offers can be printed once per membership month per merchant location. Online merchant offers ranging from 5% to 75% are unlimited.

8. How do I change my location?
At the top of the screen you'll see your current location followed by the city and state. Click on the change location in parentheses and enter a new zip code. Click on submit to make the change to your location. Your location will reset back to your address on file. You can modify your default location under account maintenance.

9. How do I order and redeem movie tickets?
Movie tickets can be purchased at the box office or ordered in advance. Check the movie listings in your area to find out what offers are available. Movie tickets purchased online will be shipped to the address you provide during your checkout process. Allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive. You may purchase up to 12 discounted tickets per order. Tickets are generally valid for 6 months from the date ordered. See Terms of Ticket usage for additional information.

10. How do I redeem restaurant discounts?

  • 2-for-1 Offers - When purchasing two or more main-course entrees or menu items, the restaurant will deduct the least expensive main-course entree or menu item, up to the maximum value on the offer. For restaurants offering one complimentary "entree" when a second is purchased, an "entree" is considered a main-course item. Coupons are not valid for discount-priced daily specials, sale items, senior citizen rates, Early Bird specials, carryout, buffets, etc. unless otherwise noted.
  • Dining Alone Option - Some restaurants include a "when dining alone" option clearly stated in the offer. These are valid only when dining alone and may not be used when an individual diner joins one or more other people at a table.
  • Dining In Groups - When more than two people dine together, the following applies:
    • One bill per table (no separate checks), unless separate checks are the restaurant's standard policy.
    • Only one coupon may be used for every two people, up to a maximum of three coupons per party.
    • The least expensive entrees or menu items in the party are discounted, up to the maximum value, unless otherwise specified on the coupon.

11. How do I redeem hotel discounts?

  • Choose a hotel:
    Select a hotel from our database of over 4,000 hotels throughout the world.
  • Call to make reservations:
    Call the hotel at the number indicated in the directory listing. Be sure to identify yourself as an "Entertainment Member".
    • As a member, you are entitled to a discount up to $25 off the full-priced (rack) room rate or 10% off any special promotional rate (available to the general public); whichever provides the greater value?-?subject to Entertainment Hotel Program room availability.
    • Entertainment Hotel Program room availability: Reservations with the Entertainment rate are accepted until the hotel projects to be 80% or more occupied on your selected dates.
    • If "R14" or "R30" appears, reservations will only be accepted when made within 14 or 30 days of arrival.
  • Confirm your hotel stay:
    Confirm your reservation and discounted room rate by asking for a confirmation number. Be sure to ask for the hotel's policy on deposits, cancellations and late arrival guarantees. Blooms Rewards, LLC and Entertainment Publications, LLC does not control the hotel's management policy. Advance reservations are necessary to use the Entertainment Direct to Hotel Program.

12. How do I redeem printable discounts?
Print the coupon and present it at the point of sale to receive your discount. Most coupons expire in 14 days, so be sure to use your coupon by the expiration date printed on it.

13. How do I redeem online discounts?
Online discounts can be redeemed by clicking through to the online merchant's web site from the Bloomsrewards.com page that provides details of the discount. Please note that some retailers require that you enter a promotion code to receive your discount. This promotion code will be provided on the same page that displays the discount details.

14. How do I find specific coupons and discounts for national retailers?
If you're unable to find a specific National Merchant through the search option please select the Online Deals tab located at the top of your page. Online Deals may provide discounts or free shipping for online purchases. These merchants have chosen to offer online discounts versus discount offers at individual store locations. Offers are added and changed daily so check back often.

15. What should I do if a merchant did not honor/recognize my coupon/card?
We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced as a result of your visit to this merchant. In some rare instances (e.g. a business/franchise closing, a merchant decision to opt out of the program after the coupon offer is posted, or an unforeseen change in the merchant's establishment, etc.), a merchant may refuse to honor your discount. The merchant may not have notified us that they were no longer accepting this offer. If you can provide me with the merchant name, address and offer I can have this removed from the site. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your call. Please contact our Customer Service team and they will ensure that the right members of our team follow up with this merchant.

16. What should I do if a hotel did not honor my coupon/card?
We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced as a result of your visit to this hotel. In some rare instances, the hotel may no longer honor the Blooms Rewards Entertainment discount. Please contact our Customer Service team at 1-800-371-6048 and they will ensure that the right members of our team follow up with this merchant.

17. I wanted to use an offer for a merchant that went out of business. What should I do?
We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced as a result of your visit to this merchant. The merchant may not have notified us that this particular location was closing. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our Customer Service team at 1-800-371-6048 and they will ensure that the right members of our team follow up with this merchant.

18. How do I cancel my membership?
Your membership can be cancelled anytime after the 7th day of enrollment by calling our customer service line at 1-800-371-6048 or you can cancel online at www.bloomsrewards.com. Please use this time to login to your account and take advantage of the 1000's of money saving offers you're entitled to as a member. If you need assistance with accessing your account please contact our customer service department at 1-800-371-6048.

19. Printable Coupons Rules of Use

  • Percentage off Discounts -
    If an offer states a percentage off, you will receive the stated percentage off the designated item or your total bill, excluding tax, tip, alcohol and sale items - up to the maximum value stated on the coupon.
  • Buy-One-Get-One-Free Discounts -
    When purchasing two or more main-course entrees or menu items, the restaurant will deduct the least expensive main-course entree or menu item, up to the stated maximum value on the discount. For restaurants offering one complimentary "menu item" when a second is purchased, a "menu item" is considered a main-course menu item.
  • $25-Off Discounts -
    If the discount states $25 off, you'll receive up to a maximum $25 off the designated item (no money will be credited if the discount exceeds the price), up to the stated maximum value on the discount.
  • Dining Alone Option -
    Some restaurants include a "when dining alone" option clearly stated in their discount offers. These are valid only when dining alone and may not be used when individual diners join other people at a table.
  • Dining in Groups -
    When more than two people dine together, the following guidelines apply:
    • Only one card/coupon may be used for every two people, up to a maximum of three cards/coupons per party.
    • The least expensive entrees or menu items in the party are complimentary, up to the stated maximum value on the discount.
  • Dining with Children -
    Discounts do not apply to children's menu items. When dining with children, you must purchase two or more adult-priced main-course entrees or menu items in order to get one free, up to the stated maximum value on the discount.
  • Free Offers -
    In most cases, to qualify for a free offer or complimentary item, you must purchase goods or services from the merchant making the offer. Such offers may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or awards program/offer.
  • Tipping -
    For satisfactory service, the tip should equal 15-20% of the TOTAL BILL before the discount is subtracted.
  • Holidays -
    Discounts cannot be used on major holidays, including: Christmas Eve/Day, New Year's Eve/Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, St. Patrick's Day, Thanksgiving, Mother's Day, Father's Day and Sweetest Day. (NOTE: Some merchants also observe other regionally celebrated holidays. If in doubt, please check with the merchant.)
  • Other Items to Note -
    Dining discounts cannot be used with children's menu items, discount-priced daily specials, senior citizen rates, Early Bird special, carryout/takeout (except for fast food and some carryout only merchants) buffets, etc., unless otherwise noted.
    Entertainment ™ discounts are exclusive and may not be combined with awards programs, other discount dining programs or offers or merchant specials.
  • Other Rules -
    • Coupon void if purchased, sold or bartered for cash.
    • Coupon void if more than one coupon is printed per customer.
    • Limit one coupon per visit.
